The SP-MS shows the movement of seismic isolation devices in real time and automatically records it when an earthquake is detected, so operators can review the event history and prepare inspection reports after an earthquake.
It records whether the isolators moved during an earthquake and how far. The records can be used as reference material for the self-inspection under Annex 3 of Korea's Information Resource Integration Standard.
